It's difficult to keep up with everything at the moment. So in the last 24 hours:

● They appointed Kash Patel as FBI Director on a 10 year term. He then gave an interview where he called for "offensive operations" to jail Americans they consider the enemy. "Yes, we're going to be coming after people in the media...we're putting you on notice". This included judges and other people in government.
● Space Karen (Elon) says that Biden abandoned the astronauts trapped on the ISS. The commander of ISS tweets to say that is nonsense, so Musk goes on a tirade where he called the commander 're tarded' and called for ISS to be defunded and deorbited.
● At CPAC (the Conservative Political Action Conference), they call for project third term and are now openly calling to go against the constitution.
● Later at CPAC, Elon Musk comes on stage with a chainsaw to symbolise his cutting of federal budgets.
● Steve Bannon then comes on stage and does a Na zi salute.
● It's announced that they will be cutting back social security, which will impact 69 million Americans.
● Trump and his press secretary then call Canada the 51st state prior to the ice hockey match between the two nations and invite 'Governor Trudeau' to watch it with him. Trump the calls the US team as he can't attend. Canada win the game and there is a symbolic moment where they play the Canadian national anthem in Boston, whilst the Canadian players stand arms round each other singing at the Canadian flag.

That's just off the top of my head. There is probably more

Twitter is literally owned by one of its biggest supporters. The algorithms are being changed to support their misinformation. You are monetising the website everytime you share a link.

This is indirectly supporting one of their key mechanisms. Thinking you are somehow going to change it from the inside is like a woman who has been beaten multiple times by her partner thinking she can change him.

No one should be using X anymore. It's indefensible.

Where does that kind of thinking end? Do you recycle every single item of plastic you use? If not you’re helping to kill sea turtles in the ocean. Do you use a smartphone? The lithium in the battery was mined by a child slave. Are all the clothes you wear ethically made? Etc etc

Nothing in life is perfect and occasionally we have to be ‘hypocrites’. Twitter was something myself and Arab and many other decent people used for many many years. We don’t have to leave it just because it was bought by someone who’s running it at a loss now.

Apologies if you’re so perfect you don’t ever do something that someone could point out your hypocrisy on. Twitter is the best news source on the planet if you control its algorithm which believe it or not, you still can.
