Today is my birthday - and an unexpected one.

My prostate cancer has retuned for the third time. After radical surgery first time, and 56 nights of Radiotherapy the second, I have just been started on Chemo.

However, in 2017 I was told to expect to have another five years of life. Today it will be eight years, so FU cancer.

But here is my annual appeal; please do consider getting your doctor to briefly slide a finger up your Argentina. It will take about twenty seconds. But it might just save, or prolong, your life.

I guess we should be glad that Trump believes (entirely erroneously, obviously) that he has a snowball’s chance of a Nobel Prize, because it may be curbing his more militaristic tendencies somewhat.
