i can't take lundstram seriously.

everytime i hear him talk i think of movies and cartoon characters who end up with wee squeaky voices
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Said similar on Saturday when I heard his pre-match interview, first time I'd heard him speak. Big lurch looking guy with a wee pipsqueak slevvery Scouse accent. Quite the contrast
----------------------------------------------------------------------
It looked like the Celtic midfield was playing on a pristine surface and he was playing on a 1970's Match of the Day mud bath.

What does Lundstram actually do, apart from lumbering about the park clattering into folk, and generally avoiding cards? Kyogo's looked a bit of a freak injury, but no surprise to see who was piling in unnecessarily ... pretty much his only "contribution" of the game.

tbf many of you were quite happy with sands after PSV, i think Davies will be first choice.

Injuries are mostly down to bad luck, i don't think we can include morelos in that, his poor attitude is his problem.

Also he can only score against us when no fans are allowed in.

Ideally you want no fans so that McLaughlin and Morelos will be decent and then if we replace Ange with Neil Lennon you'll be good.

Now, there's a plan

On the subject of the t0sser who cost us the 10, anyone else see he recruited Gary Hooper the other day? No cant deserves that, never mind Hooperman.

Are Celtic's tactics getting down played?
The intention is to provide high intensity for 90 min breaking teams through perseverance. The levels of the forward players is very high atm.

So far, it's worked a treat.
Reducing periods where the ball is out of play is mentally exhausting opponents and is refreshing to see.
I think this is what RDelia tried to implement previously at Celtic but with less success.
I am sure It's going to get found out eventually. And this press may lead to injuries/cramp. But while it's still working and possible, it's a joy to watch.

Was the result a consequence of tactics? Or the venue and atmosphere? Or Rangers injury list? Can We do this again at Ibrox? I hope so.

I fear what 2x games per week will do to energy levels. Still not had that test.

Fair point about potential burnout with our tactics (a la Leeds under Bielsa). 5 subs and our better squad strength in depth should help to mitigate that though. Can also take the foot off the gas if games are put to bed earlier, as happened on Sat to an extent.

He said it on here, and also said about the jinky/jungle incident on RM.

You think I don’t read their forums?!
