looks like deal has been agreed. He is a bit of a football manager legend.... has bags of potential, his name has been spoken about for a few seasons now and Im a bit wary as to why he hasnt been snapped up by a bigger club before now.

Very creative and technical player built like a rake however looks like he has added a bit of muscle this season

I mind folk saying how Cifuentes was linked with other clubs, but even in the YouTube clips that make players look superstars could tell he had a pash touch.

This guy looks good technically, still 6 foot and a good athlete even if he needs to hit the gym

I know the rule is no more than 2 clubs in a season but can you play for a club on loan, go back to your club and play to then go back out on loan on a new loan agreement? It is 3 contracts rather than 3 clubs.

No unless that club went pop.

I think they can yeah.... its 3 registrations you can have assuming you dont play for one of the clubs you have been registered with, In this case he will still be registered with Dundee and Liverpool.

So can register with 3 clubs a season but only play for 2 of them.

I havent seen this one happen to be fair but I think thats how it works...

It has to be 3 & 2 to enable the owning club to give a player 2x half season loans but allows for the option of having him back for assessment, what's our injuries, wait for offers, see what happens in the window etc.

Not saying it will be beck but I believe that we'll buy a LB rather than loan.
Brendan has someone specific in mind and we'll wait to the summer if necessary. He won't drop Taylor for a loaner.

Luke Thomas of Leicester latest name for the lb position. Was on loan at Sheffield Utd but been recalled. Contract up in the summer.

Know nothing else about him.

I dont think they could do that ..... not 100% but I think you need to register a player before you send them on loan. So celtic couldnt register him to then send him on loan. ( I think thats how it works). I thikn the only options he has now is so stay with Liverpool and either play for them or stay at liverpool and be loaned to Dundee or failing that send him on loan to a club that doesnt need to be registered but thats not really an option as only applies to low level football.
