he won't be doing any working either way I suspect, and god help us if he's classed as having expertise, based on what I've seen so far.

i was trying (aside from correcting some howler he's dropped personally with some misinformation to the other principal) to get things driven forward by completing an assessment/valuation, and he interjected asking whether it was fair the other party requiring us to do this and are we obligated to do so.

i was going to just leave it and assume that his guy whose helping me out would just crack on......but.....i bit and replied saying they havent asked us to do it, as we've already discussed, you've already submitted a mostly complete version of the exercise yourselves voluntarily so whether you're obligated to do so or not is really moot at this point, and I've suggested that the way forward on this is to finish off that exercise now but just do it right. and really we just need to get on and do it. oh and by the way, your other point was total bollcoks (so please leave it to someone whose got an idea what he's doing).

havent had a reply to my apology so he's probably fakcin fuming. oh well. is what it is. im more concerned about having embarrassed my client tbh (who hasn't replied to my apology) as he pretty much keeps me going.

I went for a meal with her, and she told me she was 21.

I asked the waitress how old she thought she was, and she said "ohhhh, twennntyyyyyyyy" and i interjected and said she says she's 21, and the waitress said yeah she could be that age.

so i guess 21 is the answer

ive just looked up a list of "famous" 16 year olds, and most of them look about 5. she was older than 16 for sure.

Also, I was sitting with a girl I knew there (who's 26), and she says to me "don't go with that bithc, we are going together".

16 year olds don't talk like that.

my original email was bang on actually.

either shouldnt have apologised or should have issued a much more restrictive and conditional apology.
