Since the current rules state that each NewCo case should be decided on a case by case basis, will the 'Wee Clubs' come to an agreement to vote each other directly back into the SPL if they go down the NewCo route?
What would everyone's view on this be?
Should they be forced to start in the 3rd, or should they be kept in the SPL?
New NewCo to SPL?

"But seeing as you personalized it, neither the FA nor UEFA would allow such a move."
Thats not strictly speaking true. The FA's stance has always been a 'no' due to us being with the SFA. You are stating we would not be.
Uefa allow it when you are not allowed in your nearest FA.
Its not going to happen though.

No it's not, but to get back on topic, we should have a rule that say's yer barred until you pay the clubs you owe regardless of incarnation.

Is 'yer barred' a legal term???
Yes though in a Nirvana like state you would be correct.
I would be a bit concerned that football clubs get preferential treatment though ie why should they get their money and others go without?

3 million from Everton and 900k from the SPL

If that's right, why are you in this situation?

Because Whyte stole 9 million from the employees of Rangers
6 million from the club via the dodgy loan
and 4 million in cash.
He has done well out of it.
