Get in the rule book so there's none of this uncertainty in the future.

Wouldn't wish this on any club.

If it was St Mirren or Inverness, I don't think we'd even entertain an SPL vote. It'd be SFL3 or nothing.

But if it's Celtic or Rangers, then it's understandable that the authorities would try to keep each of them in the league. By the way I'm saying it's understandable, I'm not saying it's right. Just every club should start at the bottom, that's the rules.

"Just every club should start at the bottom, that's the rules."

Thats the problem Henrik, its not int he rules, there are no rules that cover this at all!

If by creating a newco peer clubs are bumped out of monies the newco should be barred from ALL Scottish football.

Hector,

That would suit me, that allows us to move to England.

mitre

I don't believe we were talking about Rangers.

But seeing as you personalized it, neither the FA nor UEFA would allow such a move.

posted on 14/7/12

I doubt the other clubs would do that Mitre

Just get it in the rules for the future.

Div 3 for all newco s

Thats not strictly speaking true. The FA's stance has always been a 'no' due to us being with the SFA. You are stating we would not be.

Uefa allow it when you are not allowed in your nearest FA.

Its not going to happen though.

No it's not, but to get back on topic, we should have a rule that say's yer barred until you pay the clubs you owe regardless of incarnation.

Is 'yer barred' a legal term???

Yes though in a Nirvana like state you would be correct.

I would be a bit concerned that football clubs get preferential treatment though ie why should they get their money and others go without?

If that's right, why are you in this situation?

posted on 14/7/12

Because Whyte stole 9 million from the employees of Rangers
6 million from the club via the dodgy loan

and 4 million in cash.

He has done well out of it.
