Just who on Earth do the SOS think they are ?
Bunch of thugs who like to think they represent all Liverpool fans.
The letter sent to the owners is arrogant and oversteps the mark.
Having a view on the direction of the club is one thing but you get the impression that SOS want to make the decisions themselves.
Their letter is quite a few words but I have just two for the SOS...

Why a decent striker hasn't been identified and bought is baffling.

I've put it down a monumental f up which hopefully will never be repeated.

I know he's not a striker but Ramirez to Southamoton was also baffling. What could they possibly offer that we couldn't - plus the Uruguay connection with us should have been enough to lure him.

Ramirez to Southampton was bizarre even if we weren't involved or interested.
And they didn't just slip in and buy him before anyone noticed. That dragged on for a while.
Surely someone would have stepped in at that price.

The simple answer presumably was money JB.

* specifically wages.
My guess is that The saints are paying him a big fat wedge.

Paisleys - can't see how money would be the reason for Ramirez move, it must have been fooballing reasons surely
I'd like to think we're in for a nice surprise with the youngsters coming through, otherwise it's going to be a long season.

I was of the impression that Ramirez was a winger but having watched him since, he has been playing in midfield. Did we really need another midfielder or winger? Actually, that point stands for Dempsey also, in my opinion.

You seem to confuse resale value and profit.

TOOR, Maybe, please explain, with particular reference to the AC and Henderson signings and the implications for further investment given the self sustainability requirement.

but that's the whole point, he isn't better than none at all, as he costs money, money that can go towards a very good player, the following season to help the club grow for years to come. That's the plan.

TOOR, you seem to be forgetting that BR wanted Dempsey and was by all accounts very angry that he didn't get him. You insist that he should stick to his plan. How does he do that if the owners policy prevents him?

Or is it the owners' plan that you think we must stick to? Dodgy that if, by their own admission, they don't know much about 'soccer'
I agree that a plan should be followed however an element of pragmatism is often necessary to mitigate changed circumstances.
