Firstly, I think the Sturridge dimension has really changed our team. The ability to stretch a back four is extremely important to get the best out of Luis Suarez.
However, i think it is vitally important to strengthen a few key positions:
-------------------Reina-------------------
Johnson-- ? -------------Agger--------- ?
--------------Lucas---Gerrard------------
? -----------------Suarez---------Coutinho
-------------------Sturridge----------------
I think a quality, dominant, pacey CB should be our top priority, coupled with someone who can replicate on the left what Johnson does on the right.
Although Enrique does ok, i feel it's an area that should be improved.
Right midfield is another big concern. For me we need someone who is going to take advantage of the space Suarez and Sturridge create, someone who will add 10-15 goals a season.
I would also like a striker whom can rotate with Suarez and Sturridge to add that extra threat from the bench and if it's not too much to ask a strong CDM to cover for Lucas.
Three players i would target would be:
Luke Shaw
Diame
Benteke
With us spending big on CB and RM.
To raise funds:
Wilson, Spearing, Skrtel, Downing, Pacheco, Carroll, Borini.
Summer time...

I actually like Fell. I don't know why he keeps talking about Borini though.
-------------------------------------------
I think he thinks he's bantering when in actual fact nobody can even say either way how good a player he is.

So Anichebe 7 in 20.
Jelavic 7 in 31.
Mirallas 4 in 21
Oviedo 0 in 16
Naismith 3 in 29
Vellios 0 in 6.
Borini 0 in 9
Notice the difference?

Only three of the players listed play as a striker. And one has only 30 minutes game time(velios )
Oviedo is a left back
Good boy, go fetch the list....

You
Moving on, yes I know they're not all strikers but neither has Borini been.
Oviedo plays left wing doesn't he?
So the difference is, the strikers have scored a whole seven more goals, in more games than our winger in less games. Well done.

You have not broken it down to sub appearances or time on the pitch so the list is flawed.
Plus you missed out our main striker.....Fellaini.
Look what I have to work with.....i ask myself is it worth bothering

No, I haven't but that would be more favourable to Borini, plus I couldn't be assed.

How would it be. How many minutes has he played?
I will laugh if on his return he runs out wrapped in bubble wrap.

Well he has made four sub appearances and hasn't finished a game he's started, so guessing I'd go with 70*5 + 4*20. So 430 minutes. That would be more than he has actually played.
Simply your judging a player who is in his first season in a new league and club and who has suffered from injuries and who has only played a few games. Which is stupid. He hasn't looked great in those games but who would in that situation?

Thanks for admitting he has been poor.
