To be honest, they damn well deserve it too.
WWE is now as bad as the early 90's when every wrestler seemed to have a gimic. Tax Man, Bin Man, Barber Shop Man e.t.c but the only difference is todays roster don't even have that! Take out Cena whose gimic has always been the corporate k155a55 babyish face and what have you got?
Cena now has no challengers at all. None that you would care about.
By once again failing to take an opportunity to change, Vince and Cena himself really have dropped the ball into a bottom less pit.
Who now can they put against Superman?
C.M Punk - A talented guy who can wrestle great, talk great, however he's not a draw. Already wanting time off and talk of retirement. Wished he was in the attitude era and not this pathetic one. Face, Heel, anti hero whatever. Put him in another Cena Feud..........we just had that and don't want it again.
Orton - ZZZZZZZ dullest star ever, coma inducing and a worse draw than his mentor HHH. Wrestled Cena a million times already and lost most of them so turning him won't even matter.
Sheamus - Does anyone care? Seriously? Anyone?
Ryback - poor mans Goldberg, lost whatever push he had to fued with the guy that got it on with Mae Young about 10 years ago. A middle aged power lifter beat Ryback. Feed me more..........what a load of tosh. ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ to Ryabck.
Miz/Ziggler/Barrett/Swagger e.t.c - just boring generic metrosexual mid carders at best. Seriously all 4 combined don't have 1% of Rock's star power. Couldn't care less if one or two of them are technically any good, you wouldn't pay a dollar to watch them or hear them talk. Main eventers?........Never. Miz had his one and only in a match everyone remembers because it involved The Rock. Who buried both Cena and the new Champion Miz with Rock Bottoms!
Lesner - Wasted beyond belief since he returned. I'd rather he left and stopped being beaten and you always get the impression he'd rather be anywhere else than WWE.
Taker - 1 match a year pensioner. 1 win a year. The streak became a sad joke last night.
HHH - Just retire. Never been a draw, always below the top level despite the cringe worthy way you got there. NOBODY cares about you.
So there is the problem. 7 years of a staggering lack of vision in making new stars that might have become household names came to a hideous end last night. Zero stars for the future still haven't materialised. The Shield are good but that can't last forever. Even Cena is approaching his twilight years and he's got injuries.
Don't want Rock Vs Cena 3, Rock Vs Brock or Rock Vs anyone. Rock belongs in Hollywood.
Who else is there?..........
Vince and WWE have a BIG Problem.

Maybe they are working for creative

There's only one direction this Cena character can now go creatively, and it is as simple as that.
Long standing feud with Punk lasting the duration of this PPV cycle from the point of his return assuming he's on break (at Punk's expense of course, but Cena's the priority isn't he, they proved that last night), that feud can involve Lesnar/Heyman/The Shield to an extent - can't have them fighting every PPV naturally, before he bows out of wrestling fighting Taker at WM30 to win or lose - no difference (remaining face throughout).
Obviously people who are familiar with me on here know i speak from only one prospective, the creative prospective, and those are the simple truths of the situation. Winning last night made him creatively complete, he's a finished project. Time to start planning retirement

wasted? he'd have to be any good to be wasted, he's had 3 matches this year all of them have been terrible, he should not be in the company

Raw tonight would want to be good or that's me taking a step back from WWE

Lesnar has been wasted, he's been mismanaged. They've booked him like a permanent novelty item with this fixation on having him be the representation of martial arts fighting (something i hate being mixed with pro-wrestling period).
I saw the match last night and his match against Cena, neither sucked necessarily but both played out like the classic novelty match with both competitors kinda stuck in two minds as to how far they go with their own psychology.
To get any sort of mileage out of him they need to commit one way or the other. Either have him fighting all his battles in a cage match, close grappling utilising armbars and choke holds. Or have him wrestling under the standard WWE mandate. I wouldn't wanna ee them get rid, he's still the most imposing guy on the roster bar none.

Just Had To Mention That (U6522)

There will be new challenges for cena. He still has to destroy and bury the shield the same way he did the nexus.

He might have new challenges in terms of opponents, but not in terms of self furfillment.

I've said it a million times before and I'll say it again.
WWE now is damn right shlt compared to the good old days of the late 90's to 2001/2.
its utter rubbish.
even the cameramen are terrible!
it pains me to see how it has become....

I'm thinking about applying for a creative position, but I would absolutely hate to work in that environment - i bet all my ideas would be shot down
