I take the point Toor and a few others have made. It's clear that Brendan has told Stevie he gets less playing time. Firstly is that a good idea considering his replacements have been bilge this season? Secondly whenever he's been up against it as a manager the first player he goes for is Stevie to bale him out if trouble.

I feel Brendan has mismanaged this particular issue.

I doubt BR draws up the contracts.

WHL Lifer, I didn't defend Rodgers, I posted quotes from Gerrard, if you think those quotes defend Rodgers then there you go. No need for me to say anything.

Also this obsession you have is unhealthy. You should concentrate on your own team who BR keeps thrashing and finishing above. Maybe that's where your hatred comes from. Sad little man syndrome. Bless.

Yeah and Beardsley still went on to have years of outstanding performances. I doubt Gerrard will do that.
