Redas has always massively overrated our youth players.

There's an argument to be made that there's a lack of patience, however, given that very few go on to be anything more than a championship or lower midtable player would suggest the people at the club know they aren't good enough for us.

If he's 23 and not getting games then he's not good enough. He wouldn't even have to prove it in matches just training. Players don't suddenly get better with first team football it just helps them deal with pressure and performance and even then if they were of the right level they'd be ripping it up in practice. It's not like these kids are not playing football every day.

He plays like Nani tbh, thinking about it.

He has a lower sense of gravity and weaves in and out of defenders more than Nani does, however.

Haven't read the whole thread but I have a query if it hasn't been covered already...Why is it being reported that LVG is looking at Mane as an alternative to Pedro if we lodged a bid "last week"?

By all accounts the Pedro deal was still on last week so Mane isn't being looked at as an alternative unless United really did pull out of the Pedro deal...But then why did Ed fly to Barca?

If any of this stuff is true then surely it suggests that we are still in the market for two signings.
