He's been quality and must be a contender for young player of the year
Personally I think the award must go to Lukaku although I expect Kane or Alli to bag it as this award is mostly reserved for the best english youngster. I know some will say Kane is the better striker which is hard to disagree with but over the course of the season Lukaku has played better than Kane in most games and his all round performances have been very good.
Only exceptional foreign players like Ronaldo, Cesc,Hazard & Anelka (Kewell) are the non british holders of this award which has been given out 40 times.

Looking at the recipients of the last 15 years couldn't help but chuckle at the 2011-12 winner who was ripped a new one by Coutinho on Saturday.
Coming back to Bellerin he has had a few lapses in concentration defence wise but overall he has been exceptional especially in an attacking sense.He just keeps getting better and better and one will hope that his development curve is similar to Cashley who became better defensively as he got older.
For all the problems we have its nice to look at our fullbacks and feel satisfied that we have among the best in the league. I would personally have both our fullbacks in the PFA team of the year but I wouldnt be shocked if none of them are picked since pundits and the media always go on about our rubbish defence as if its the worst.
I wouldnt be surprised at all if Alberto Moreno got more votes than Monreal.
Lets hope Wenger signs the german Hector as an understudy to Monreal then we will be comfortable for a few years.

Bellerin has been rubbish since the start of year, till about couple weeks ago. So basically he's bad form was in the same period as Arsenal's. Otherwise he's been good, has a shout for being in PL team because I don't think they've been many RBs whove stood out.

Danny Simpson and Kyle Walker have been better than Bellerin. Shows how poor the right backs in the prem are.
