You want an endless flood of cash till it works, like city have done, that’s fine but at least admit it

Yep I think we need owners that will spend enough cash to get us winning trophies. Our owners see the the club as an investment to be cashed in on eventually. I would swap our owners for City’s any day.

They’ve spent plenty on their investment, should they sell for a huge profit they’ve done so because of what they’ve put into the club and using the brand so wisely to grow revenue.

And look at the absolute cowboy owners we and other clubs have or had in this league. We could do an awful lot worse, morning aviyt then is honestly ridiculous at this point, when you were banging this drum around three or four years ago you had a point, no you’ve no drum or sticks and are just slapping the ground with wasted energy.

You are right H&G were a low point in the clubs history but the way FSG are portrayed as the clubs saviour is really annoying to me. I view it more as a fantastic opportunity to take a club with huge pedigree and restore it to where Shanks wanted it to be. Winning and challenging for trophies year in year out.

The reality is it comes down to money so I am not ashamed to say that would be the owner I want in charge. Our net spend is minimal compared the the likes of Man Utd, Chelsea and City. As good a manager a Klopp is it’s a huge gap to bridge.

Hopefully the soul of the club will take us through but we have a mountain to climb.

Everyone has got a huge gap to bridge to reach City's level. We're on the same level as United and Spurs and better than Chelsea.

I’m not sure I’ve ever seen or heard a Liverpool fan portray FSG as saviours! Perhaps in the very early days when then brought out H&G but that was more relief!

I see and hear them portrayed as they are; decent owners doing a good job of growing the club and making us competitive.

How many totally game changing owners have there been in world football? Chelsea, City, PSG. Can’t think of any others.

If that’s what you want for Liverpool then fine but the odds are seriously against it happening. To criticise FSG for being decent owners as opposed the incredibly rare game changing spenders seems a little ridiculous.
