that's never mattered, the arms straight, doesn't matter if the arm comes from the side just above horizontal, if the bend in the arm is within limit its deemed legal

Denly is a very good one day batsman so hopefully if he does get a game then we put him in at 3 and just move everyone down the order. It's likely that Hales will bat at 3 for the world cup with Root at 4, Morgan at 5 etc so it's not like it'll be disruptive to the team. Also means Denly gets some games before the test series.

I think Hales has a battle to get in the team. It's fine saying he comes in and pushes everyone down, but then someone has to drop out. It won't be either of the spinners, or a front line bowler, or Stokes.....so?
