Championship Fixture Changes

The SPFL have announced the games that will be getting moved to Friday nights for coverage. The most important one of course is the Dundee derby at the end of August. The Dees are apparently seen as the main draw with FIVE of their games being moved compared to three for United. It's probably because the tv companies know that hardly any of their fans go to the games so are more likely to watch it on tv.

The moved fixtures are:

No it's true. It's called Draffens. It's designed to look like a speakeasy kinda place and it's down a fairly awful looking lane with no signage outside. It's nice enough in a trendy kind of way.

Small and pricey. I was just messing around on street view looking for it and realised I went there with the bird in a picture in this window holding the dog, strange:

There's nothing strange about the way she's holding that dog.

They have a point

They have a very good point imo. They could easily have taken logistics into account when scheduling games.

Maybe there thinking is that because it is so far away, no one will bother going so they will put it on TV for them to watch instead. Then people will tune in and complain that there are no fans there.
