Greenwood is in contention to start against Southampton. He and Chong have travelled with the squad. James Garner has also travelled with #mufc to Southampton (source: M.E.N)
Perhaps the most puzzling bit of news...
Angel Gomes starts and captains #mufc against West Ham under-23's this evening.
He seems to be the most ready but is never included on the bench. Is anybody else worried that he has decided to leave and so isn’t being used. This is the last season on his contract and it’s taking forever for him to sign an extension. Maybe it’s games from Ole until he decides to commit to the club, hopefully this isn’t the case.

I'm saying we need to be patient and a game like Saints away isn't ideal to allow Gomes to what he can IMO.
....
He isn't going to be playing tomorrow. The point is moot.
Not sure why Southampton would be a good one for him though. I thought they were more of a footballing side than a physical one.

The point isn't moot because that was the main issue being raised by Kung Fu in his post.
My point was that I'm not overly worried that he isn't in the squad because he will get his chance and I don't think its the sort of game to throw him in for.
