I'm pleased for Southgate. All the criticism he came in for him before the tournament (myself included) and I did think it was justified at the time, but he has got a lot of decisive decisions correct this tournament, we should all credit his backroom staff, Steve Holland, Chris Powell and Graeme Jones, as well as they have a responsibility for this as well.
