Obviously the club is a total mess at the minute with neither manager or chairman committed to each other. Given Conte's fairly unique formation and playing style it's understandable the club won't want to bring in Conte specialist players.
That said, there are a couple of positions that need immediate upgrading whoever the manager is. Number 1 priority is keeper. Lloris is a total liability. By far the worst keeper in the league now and I'd go as far as saying he should not play another game for the club. I've seen Raya at Brentford quoted as being available for £20m. Seems very cheap, but we should be getting him ASAP. Reliable, quality and I believe counts as HG.
Secondly, we have one competent CB at the club. Whatever formation played you need a minimum of 2. Paratici should be asked to find the best CB he can for whatever the remaining budget is.
I get Levy won't want to buy a specialist RWB or an injury prone donkey like Zaniolo, but imo with a decent GK and CB that at least plugs the biggest hole until the summer.

Hugo has been past his best for a few seasons now.
But just watch with any GK that replaces him. It isn’t all plain sailing and in modern football with the way the game is played all GKs make mistakes. Just look at Ederson last night, a goal kick that went straight to Lloris. A spilled corner. And a mishap that led to our first. But barely a whimper about it from the punditry.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yes mate, but Lloris is pretty much at fault for goals every game. He’s costing us game after game. As are the awful defence. No other keeper does that on this level.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Oh I agree. But even when Lloris was consistent and rarely made errors there was always an agenda against him from pundits. Now because he is more error prone they are all just jumping on his back. It’s as if a case of a told you so. He is 36. Any GK playing at the top level of 36 would be the same. His longevity at this level is massively disrespected and disregarded imo.
I will clap him off when he does leave and remember all the times he saved out bacon
----------------------------------------------------------------------
He’s been a great servant, but I’m starting to really get pi*** off with him due to his performances. For the good of the team, drop yourself if the manager won’t. He must know how poor he’s become.

He’s been great for us at times but in football you cannot be sentimental and he needs to be dropped for his own good name the teams.

The January 2020, 2021 and 2022 priorities should have been proper defenders incoming. Nothing has changed, and you have the same defenders stinking out the place.

That is a board/management decision.
Fairly obvious to everyone that Conte has wanted new defenders but hasn't been given any.
And you still defend Levy/ENIC.
Do you actually see your blinded loyalty/delusion/confusion.

The fact Lloris is still in our goal, despite clearly being past the required level these days, is a perfect example of the cheapskate & thrifty way our club is run. Along with centre backs, a new GK should have been bought last summer as a priority, but the cheaper option was to extend Hugo`s contract by 2 years. These owners are afraid of spending money on the correct players and are make do merchants.
Vintage Levy.

I am not privy to any conversations between Conte and Levy. So no it is not fairly obvious at all.

I am lucky enough to have watched Peter Schmeichel in goal for Man Utd for many years. Apart from his excellent goalkeeping skills he commanded the defence in his penalty area, constantly organising and bellowing orders. He gave the defence confidence and unity.
Until Schmeichel came along my favourite goalie had been Pat Jennings at Spurs but Schmeichel eclipsed him.

Conte doesn't want a keeper and a centre back he wants a rwb a cm and a forward
