the only way is up for RVP... maybe a club capable of winning trophies.... Birmingham perhaps

RVP at United. I'd be very happy to get him. But we must learn from the Hargo situation and set up a pay as you play contract. Trouble with that is, his ego wouldn't consider such a deal.

He could be up there with messi and ronaldo had he avoided injuries when he was younger. Last season he played every game in the world-cup so obviously he was going to miss games at the start of the season.

This gets better and better. Messi and Ronaldo

Van Persie is a pretty good player, but he is similar to Rooney in playing style ( in that he asssits as many as he scores more or less) but doesnt have that explosiveness Wayne does
He would fit in perfectly at Tottenham.
ps. I tihnk it's time 'Arry sold VDV, the guy keeps undermining him and the club.

Yeah, we all think it's time Harry sold VdV too!

Okay so he scored vs you guys, but he has been pretty average for about 10 months now.
He seems to think he is God though in that Spurs side jsut because he used to play for Real Madrid.

Not sure what his record for Spurs is against us, but he seems to score every time we play them.
Mind you... who doesn't these days?

RVP is class. The only Gooner I would welcome in the Spurs squad (maybe now your keeper too, he seems like a real winner!)
Normally RVP starts the season on fire, score loads and gets injured about now, comes backa few time s and finishes the season well getting about 15 goals in 20 games.
This season he has not started so well (probably due to the lack of service), hasn't scored much in the league but will probably be fit the whole season.

i 'd say 2 = Spurs cos he aint that good and that the only option that is within his level and still be a step up.
