I've done a bit of reading up on Rachubka since we signed him, and I have to admit, I'm a little bit optimistic about him.
Apparently, he was one of Blackpool's best players in their last season in League One and played in nearly every game in their first two seasons in the Championship. He seemed to have a good track record with the seasiders and it looks like he played a decent part in getting them to the Premiership.

He also seems to be really looking forward to playing for a "top-class club" like Leeds. He seems really eager to get going and said that he's really happy to be working with Grayson again after getting on well with him at Blackpool.

Maybe he'll only be a back-up keeper, maybe he'll be our new No. 1. Either way, he seems really enthusiastic. I say give him a chance.
MOT
P.S - For all the Grayson-haters who have been banging on about him being Blackpool's 3rd choice: Would you like to know why he was so far down the pecking order?
He's been out of action for about a year after having an operation on his knee.
Rachubka might be OK

All so he has not played a League game in over a year and half. He missed over half the season they went up in the Championship.
And doing it at small clubs with low attendance like blackppol is one thing but doing it at a big club like leeds week in week out is another thing completely.

Aren't people constantly saying that Grayson is young and still learning so we have to forgive his mistakes?
Why does this apply to Grayson and not Kasper.
Kasper is a better goalkeeper than Grayson is a manager.
You can name a lot of positives about Kasper, not one person has ever named one of Grayson's qualities.

And why do people think there are no realistic candidates to replace Grayson but there are to replace Schmeichel?

Well done. As chorley says, don't you go around being all sensible like

You should know better than to be surprised by the response this poor fellow has received to his post.
I 'only just' got up! A bit like Leeds a season or so ago, but I'm happy. Just about to go out and live to rules that are not rules but should be rules!
