Aren't people constantly saying that Grayson is young and still learning so we have to forgive his mistakes?

Why does this apply to Grayson and not Kasper.

Kasper is a better goalkeeper than Grayson is a manager.

You can name a lot of positives about Kasper, not one person has ever named one of Grayson's qualities.

And why do people think there are no realistic candidates to replace Grayson but there are to replace Schmeichel?
