I can see Carlo being our manager next season if Conte goes back to Italy. Carlo himself saying that he wants about nine months out of the game and then a potential return to the PL only adds to the likelihood.

Carlo returning wouldn't be ideal, but he'd probably do a decent job for one season before being sacked at some point during the second.

Gazza...every time we lose a game the media roll out the club in crisis stories....they did it when we lost to Burnley.

There is little reason to trust any speculative story from the media, especially when such stories are so highly correlated to a club's results.

The only reason people get sucked in to such speculation is because there is never an alternative trusted version to consider unless the club actually makes an official statement.

why not they are a newspaper.

It is well know that Conte is not going to settle in England long term....but the only times it has been written he will leave at the end of this season is when we were struggling in the transfer window and when we lost to burnley and now City.

Funny how there was no story about this after we beat AM.
