How come Fed is playing at 9pm again this evening? Would he ask for that? I doubt it. I thought his back was more likely to hurt when temps dropped.
It's a bit careless to make him play so late despite having to play possibly Djoko the following day. 7pm is late enough.
Finally, I hope Babolat and the FO are going to keep the same balls as last year. Clay is a great surface with fast balls but a drag with slow ones.
Yeah Tennis Fan I agree with you.I rarely post on ja606 about tennis and I usually talk and write about football but reading recent threads almost all of them slating Nadal for no reason is infuriating.
As you are a Nadal fan like me I want to say that Nadal should be more aggressive when he faces serve of other player as he should not go back 3 metres away from baseline as being more aggressive will help him win more matches than he has recently done and he should try to be nearer to baseline when he faces serve.
What do you think about that Tennisfan?
i dont think that will work out for him pizza lover
Are you trying to "advise" nadal about how one plays on clay?
He does ok on his own me thinks.
I love the way he sets the bench marks, let's everybody knows he is the man to beat and it is up to the rest to beat him, which they have managed to do on occasions.
Right now the season is all about clay, and it is rafa nadals time
I'm actually a Fed fan first but have the greatest respect for Nadal (and he is in fact my second favourite player to watch). Not sure what Tenez makes of me as according to him Fed fans are true fans and Nadal fans don't know jack about the game and only watch Nadal for his biceps.
I hear you Tennisfan. That is exactly how I see the game of mens tennis too
I would rather look at my wifes biceps too
Ronaldhino, I find myself sometimes shouting at the tv, get forward Rafa, when he's receiving serve but for whatever reason he never listens  I have to say, I'm liking that he is getting more aggressive especially when he serves.
Gutted that I missed his game against Berdych today. Anyone tell me how Berdych played today? Is he going to be around competing with the big boys in the future. The score today didn't look bad for him
Berdych played extremely well but Nadal was absolutely class today against him.Not Berdych's fault!
i disagree i think rafa played well but birdy wasnt firing the forehand as well as he could have.
Thanks Ronald. Sounds like I missed a classic game. Oh well, I can always look forward to watching Feds taking the michael out of Seppi
Nadal was just defensive robot as usual, Berdych was ok, not his best but could be better.
Thanks Jos, sounds great, just how I like to see clay court tennis being played, and he probably hit many great shots too. Hope i am not sat in my truck when he plays in his semi final
I see the front page of the ATP World Tour is stating that Nadal produced a scintilating performance today, blitzing the inform Berdych. What would they know about tennis ?
I will trust you lot on here lol

Nole
YEEEEEEAH GO NOLEEEEEEE
^^ It's friday nole and the truck is parked. I NEED that baileys lol
Happy with Djokovic today, looks like he played a good second set. I have to ask because I have not seen a ball hit yet today
Well I'm glad Djokovic obliged and made you happy.
lol I forgot the question mark at the end of the sentence. It was a question to you :p
Did he play well ?
I don't know. only saw a few games from the first set. He must have played well judging by the score.
And don't even ask why I didn't see the whole match!
If you managed to see some of the first set but not the entire match of Novak Djokovic then something very important has got in the way. I hope it was something positive?
I am guessing you were trying to get a look at the queen on her 60th year in the throne? :p
@Whats with all Nadal bashing that goes on ja606?
Can't you guys just credit Nadal for his never-say-dying attitude and his hard work?
---------------------------------------------------------------
Do you even understand what is the meaning of bashing? I keep telling but there are far too many dim wits who just can't understand. We are talking about tennis, how Berdy plays, how Nadal plays, what kind of shots he hits, pace of court etc. We can look a bit more than "never-say-die attitude and hard work". Hard work?? As if its only Nadal who works hard.
If the only thing you can do is hail Nadal and keep giving credit, please... do it by all means. If you think Nadal owes you tons of credit that you must keep giving him back, then do it. Why whine about it? Why ask others to do it and complain when they don't?
I'm not interested in credit distribution. I'm in terested in discussing tennis. Is that so difficult for you to understand.
Nadal fans are also winnies like him. They keep crying for every little thing.
who are the posters who keep giving this daily MOTD thread 1 star? Can you have guts to identify yourself and say why you have to vote like that?
even though it wasn't me raiders
i shall take full responsibility blame me i have wronged today by not revising enough
Nice going rotla, you went for a victory for Berdych and Tsonga, both in 3
I don't know whether you are just unlucky or don't have a clue about tennis?
Any tips for this evening? I will run off to the bookies and put a thousand kroner on the other guys
You really are funny.
