Also, it's really strange we haven't pulled one off yet, purely to keep the protests to a minimum tomorrow.
We need Eze as a priority. Get it done, before Arsenal realise they're not gonna get Rodrygo.

Protest will be the usual two men and a dog. Complete waste of time. I am going to watch a match tomorrow. Not waste all my time shouting and walking up Tottenham High Road.

I'll remind you of this when we inevitably don't get any of these deals over the line.
It all feels very convenient to me. Bids for players, that I have no doubt are real, that are then suddenly pulled away after the protests have taken place. It's perfectly plausible Levy has lowballed on every bid knowing they'll get turned down just to dampen the anger and make us look active.
It would be amazing to get all three through the door but it won't happen. It's Levy. It's not what he does. Something will stop us. My feeling is we'll end up with someone like Hincapie and then a budget number 10. Something about this whole thing stinks to high heaven of bullshiiiiit. I'll be the first to come on here and apologise if he does pull the trigger on all three but it's just not going to happen.
Hincapié would be incredible but I doubt he’ll come to be back up to VDV.

There really isn't anywhere Levy can hide if these signings don't materialise. If we sign them then it's fantastic and a top tier transfer window but if we don't then faith in Levy, even from those most loyal of fans, is down the drain completely. He'd double or triple the protestors instantly. It won't be one man and his dog anymore.
I think it'll very much be the last straw for a lot of fans.

If Spurs managed to get Savinho, Eze/Paqueta and Hincapie, I'd say 5th would be the expectation.

I would have thought a man of your advancing years would want to accelerate success by pushing for new owners sooner rather than later. It strikes me as bizarre that you back a man that has no intention of ever spending enough to compete at the top, certainly within your lifetime.
I agree with Fridge, all these rumours about potential signings is all very convenient, no doubt planted into the media to try and placate an increasingly anti Levy fan base and their protests.
If we were a serious football club, we would go out and pay what is required to acquire the players we want, rather than have the misery of long drawn out transfer saga`s that ultimately never come true.
The money will be there to afford it, despite what Levy tries to tell us, fans are tired of his lame attempts to pull the wool over the fans eyes.
I am hearing Eze is a done deal and may have a medical Sunday but we will miss out on Savio as we won’t match what city want for him.

Trouble is, Levy has nowhere to turn now. The fans will be feckin furious if he doesn’t at least tie up Eze and Sav now.

That's the one comfort that you can take from us not signing them, that the fanbase will be more on board with wanting Levy to do one. As I said somewhere else on here, it should be the straw that breaks the camel's back as far as a lot of supporters go.

Levy has got away with it for far too long now.
Back change for Tottenham. They will be there at the game today.
