although my last one was a pissstake, i'd actually have berbatov on the list
Alan Clarke too from that Leeds team
Big Malc McDonald personfied the number 9 too
Tevez should be in there, as well as Aguero and Falcao if not Litmanen and George Weah
If we are talking goals, if you include Zidane then surely Lampard has to be in there, put him in right away
what about savisevic and rashid yekini

Back to Eden, it's a bit premature imo to include Falcao as one of the greatest strikers of all time. Weah and Litmanen would broaden the scope a lot too.
Welshy, wasn't Stuart Pearce England manager back in Camsell's days?
Perhaps not one to be included in a list of all-time greats, but one of my pet favourite all-time strikers has to be Cameroon's Roger Milla. And as far as all-time African greats go, albeit not actually a striker, imo Abedi Pele should be in there not only for his talent, but also as one of the men who blazed the trail for African players in Europe.
There has been too many great strikers.
90s you had Batistuta,Weah, Shearer, Vieri, Del Piero and many more.
00's you had Etoo, Henry, Nistelrooy, Crespo, Totti, and so many more.
But the best, in my opinion, and the best ive ever witnessed is Ronaldo (Brazilian ofcourse). His 'peak' years at Barca and the early years at Inter Milan he was simply the most powerful, pacey, skillful, explosive player id ever seen. He played in a great Serie A league which boasted some of the best defenders ever, and he made many of them look silly, including even Maldini at times! When Gazzeta Italia was on Channel 4 it was the only reason i woke up early on a Saturday, just to watch his supreme talent.
He had two horrific knee injuries, and he definitely wasnt as explosive as before, but he adapted his game, his finishing never let him down, and at probably 85% of his actual best, he still scored many goals and made defences look average. Even when he wasnt at his best, him and Zidane were great to watch together for Madrid, and that performance against ManUtd will never be forgotten...
For me he is, along with Zidane and Ronaldinho, the best players ive seen in my lifetime.

itsonlyagame,
One of Liverpool's greatest ever centre forwards was a South African... Gordon Hodgson. Remarkable goal-scoring record for us and finished up with a club record 17 hat-tricks which will never be beaten.
