Celtic were subsequently fined by uefa for republican chanting in a match which took place 5 days later!

Coincidence?

you lot are pathetic.Lets face it you just dont like the fact Celtic did nothing wrong.Have a read of this i'm pretty sure even the thickest of you lot can understand this.

Tommy ‏@TomTom1872
@STVGrant So is it not true it wasn't declared to the SFA

46m Grant Russell ‏@STVGrant
@TomTom1872 That isn't important. The rule states all payments for playing activities must be declared. This wasn't for playing activities.

30m John DC Gow ‏@JohnDCGow
@STVGrant @TomTom1872 That doesn't make sense Grant. Juninho's contract was for playing football. Who told you this about Celtic's EBT?

13m Grant Russell ‏@STVGrant
@JohnDCGow @TomTom1872 It does make sense. The EBT was used for his severance payment, not his playing contract.

4m Grant Russell ‏@STVGrant
@moonman1873 @johndcgow @tomtom1872 Yes, but only payments for playing football need to be declared for eligibility. He had left.

John DC Gow ‏@JohnDCGow
@STVGrant The two are the same thing. Who told you this?

7m Grant Russell ‏@STVGrant
@JohnDCGow If you digest the SPL rules, there's a distinction. Payments made to a player, to be eligible to play, must be declared.

5m John DC Gow ‏@JohnDCGow
@STVGrant Fine mate, but where is this info that it was severance pay coming from?

5m Grant Russell ‏@STVGrant
@JohnDCGow It's the information we have.

Grant Russell ‏@STVGrant
@robertmtownsend @TomTom1872 Does that matter? His contract ended prematurely. There was a severance agreement reached.

Grant Russell ‏@STVGrant
@TomTom1872 Rules weren't breached as the payment wasn't for playing activities. It was an end-of-contract settlement.

The reason we were cleared is simple.BECAUSE WE DIDN'T BREAK ANY RULES.

Not because of any conspirashy.

Charlie.

Their paranoia is quite funny, they are turning into an evidence-resistant sub culture who don't want to listen to anything that provides reasoning for the decision making of the BIG BAD SPL. Embarrassing stuff, really.

Agenda or wanting the truth?

We will see who's right when this all goes to court.

Evidence?

A twitter chat is now evidence.

Celtic have been fined once for illicit songs from UEFA.

Rangers have been fined numerous times too for sectarian singing by UEFA.
