A great performance after last Weeks shambles. Happy for the defence that we kept a clean sheet and sounds like Packwood did really well. Onwards and upwards.

Perfect response to a drubbing. Well done the team and.LC. We have the right to be critical, but have to always acknowledge the positive. Couldn't catch the game. How was Curtis and Robinson and Lovenkrands? Kro

13th place burkey refound his mojo and defense described as "resolute" against the top team away

Curtis Davies back in defence made a huge difference to the whole defence packwood tried his heart out, Caldwell back to his usual self and Robinson kept Buckley quiet!

That is the blues we all know an love and have got used to seen apart from one fluke season under Chris hughton. Defensively solid, disciplined, completely dominated possession wise, good fight and nicking a goal against run of play!

It really is a McLeish like performance so far, lose against the teams you should be beating and win against those you shouldn't!
Just the thought of the derby against the Dingles is giving me hives on the back of that!
I heard rumours that Leak Lark was out today if he didn't win, anyone know anything about this?

I'd take a mcleish like performance over what ever that was last week any day!! It's only one win but its a step forward

We need to string together a long winning run... lets hope this is the beginning

Yes, a repeat of last season's 15 game(?) unbeaten run would certainly help now; even more so now that we don't have the distractions of the Europa League & League Cup to worry about.

I guess we just need to be patient while Clark tries to get the team to gel and play as a team with a plan rather than a bunch of individuals with their plans

Great result yesterday. It was back to the wall stuff (no pun intended) in the second half yesterday without them really having a shot that worried Butland. They had a lot of crosses and a lot of corners but no real worries.

Great goal by Burkey and glad to see him back to some kind of form after a sluggish start.

We have another game on Tuesday against a very good Cardiff side who beat Blackpool 3-0 yesterday and I would be very happy with a point. Then we have Huddersfield at home which for me is must win after the last home performance.

I'm prepared to give Clark a decent enough run but he does need to pull his and the player's collective fingers out!
We still don't know if it's luck or tactics or anything else so far this season!
