Smalling is superb. Unfortunate for Evans who has been a rock and is a very good player, but i'd like to see Chris get a run with Vidic. That would really bring him on leaps and bounds and they'd compliment each other excellently. Both are great in the air, too.

I was also on BBC606 and have the same username!!

2 years ago we got him from Fulham, although at the time, Arsenal were close to signing him, i've defended him ever since he joined us and when he was on loan at fulham until the end of the 09/10 season and i've been proven right

After being modded on 606, many like being able to post whatever they wanted. However, it soon destroyed any reasonable debate. JA606 has about the right balance. Except banning me from the LFC board.
