Yeah i put two bottles of corona next to my bed before i go on a night out. First thing in the morning force them down and you'll feel great.*

Yes I do eat quite a bit considering I cycle to and from work so I am pretty much always hungry!

i do try,i put the timber on sooooo easily,i really have to watch what i eat,plus i'm training for a 10 mile run in september.

relax alot more come the weekend.

ooh where are you running? I'm training for a half marathon next March but have been set back by a niggle in my knee Back on it yesterday after almost a week off and it was so difficult!!

abu-i used to roll like that,but as you get older it gets alot harder to live it up and not suffer.

Wow if I ate just that much I would probably have shrivelled up and died by now.

How far do you cycle daily? I cycle pretty fast and do and 18 mile round trip.
