Good luck
I'm not even going to think about doing any kind of long distances like that until I can crack 6k without turning into a wheezing, sweating, lumbering mess
You don't necessarily have to have done huge distances before taking part in a massively long distance run either. When the boyfriend did half marathon he'd never ran more than 10k, and when he did a marathon he'd never run more than a half.

the same distance wise,b4 i moved it was nearer a 25 mile round trip.

i go as quick as possible, but as i'm running, spinning and a little weight training..

LRG the key to running is to find a slow pace you are comfortable at and to not stop. Ever. Once you stop you might as well give up, your legs will just sieze up. Key is to make sure you finish the run.

I was running loads with a mate but then we packed it in for the gym. Need to get back on it. The most I'd run was around 11 miles and felt fine after that. Also get yourself some proper running trainers will make a world of difference.

Find out how you pronate and get the right shoes according to it should help with injuries.

I'd look like a marathon runner in next to no time if I was on your diet with the amount of activity you do!

I've got some pretty good running trainers at the moment and never feel any aches or pains the next day so I think I'm going something right Also boyfriend reckons my knee problems were because I'm running all over Hampstead Heath which is really hilly so it's putting strain on my knees when I come down a hill. Sticking to mostly flat areas for the time being
