Debuchy and Kos news are very exciting news.
So no one knows when Theo is back
Diaby? anyone?
Really hope that Danny Welbeck is available tomorrow.

Wenger on #WBAvAFC: "You cannot say that Chelsea have a better squad than us overall. We have immense spirit and desire here."
What I really hate is why can't Wenger say for how long a player is expected to be out.

Maybe he's learnt that it's never correct?
Two day pain after weights the other night - Shows how long it's been since i've done anything like that
Been on the bike a lot though so i'm turning into a fitter fox
Good man, arm session?. Been struggling myself as I've been real busy with work this week, should go tonight but have zero energy
I have dumbells in my room that i just tan for half an hour or so in different ways - Now that i have my bike i have no need to ever go to a gym
I get about 2/3 free nights max a week (including weekends) so i'm trying to do more of that kind of stuff and less lying around vegetating.
Can never motivate myself to workout at home. I basically force myself to go to the gym and as I've made it there, I might aswell do a proper workout.
Cutting down on the gym a little bit though ,increasing the cardio stuff I do e.g. gym/running.
Love the lean, muscly look, not the bulky look
"gym/running."
meant football/running
I've never made any attempt to bulk up - I have spells where i'll do weights once a week or so but then just lose interest, but then i'll start pulling muscles in my neck/shoulders/back really easily so i need to do some more ken.
I too am more focused on cardio stuff at the moment.
Want to be able to keep up with any HKs who burglarise me
Bulking is a lot of fun though man.
I had like 2 months off work last year (Well, working from home allegedly) .
Was eating 6 meals per day, 3 protein shakes, 2 gym sessions, got big so quickly.

That sounds terrible.
People who are naturally quite small-framed who try to bulk up a lot look fackin ridiculous.....and they always forget about their legs
Small legs do a great job in highlighting your pure upper body mass
They also allow you to be pushed over very easily and fail dramatically in any activity that requires leg strength
Noticed that when i was in Switzerland last year - My upper body was pretty strong but my legs were shít thus making me shít at walking up mountains.
Might start going swimming
I'm naturally quite bulky, so I've never really felt the need for it. Just doing a home workout every other day to cut the ridiculous fat I've developed over the last couple of years. Good results so far. Will add weights and protein shake if I do want to get a bit more lean.
And yes, legs are important. I feel they're good cardio sessions aswell if done right.
Mainly do press ups, sit ups etc. Results are pretty good if you just do tons of press ups
Wenger: on the injury situation changing his transfer plans…
January might be a month when we have nearly everybody back because Koscielny is back in the squad, Debuchy will be back I think in two weeks. We have gone through a period where we are very short but we discovered as well that players have learnt their job well in the centre-back position, like Monreal and he is doing very well now. In January we will of course try to get at least one body in.
