Morning chaps.
Man, how unlucky were we at the weekend.
Giroud and Alexis do just slightly better and we win that game.
Thought there were a lot of positives to take from the match though.
Almost makes up for the points we missed out on.
agreed Lex. Very surprising at how aggressive Stoke where. Never saw that coming. Hopefully Wenger will learn next time we visit the Britannia.

Thoughts on me falling in my mate's mum's pond in her garden when absolutely steamin on saturday night?
Sorry, mate, just had to move my Arsenal drinking bottle outta the way to reply to you.
Yeah, strange tactics from Stoke I thought.
Really committed. Agressive in the tackle. Really 'in our faces'.
Never seen that from a Hughes team before.
Bet he never even told Arsene what to expect.
Poor from him I thought.
Very unsporting of Hughes, tbh. Not sure how he had the audacity to press our midfield and get tough in the tackle, instead of being wide open and weak on the counter.
Anyway hopefully he'll behave himself for the next time we meet, or else Wenger might be forced to use some tactics against him.

Fack me, just give me half a season on that money.
I wouldn't even ask for a pay off when the inevitable happened...
For all the outrage and anger on these forums, was anyone genuinely upset about the Stoke loss?
The United game was the final straw for me for the season, done and done. Few losses here and there will make no difference now.

Upset that we managed to pull 2 goals back and give Wenger something to focus on (i.e the positives)
Would have been better if they'd scored more

Text that to my mate Saturday, Hoped we would lose 5-0.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But then again, what fúcking difference would it make?
More disgruntled away fans being labelled a disgrace for being annoyed and ripped off?
Even more delusion from the AKBs blaming the players and the fans at the game?
Wenger being even more stubborn and defiant in his belief in his philosophy?

“At half-time we said to ourselves, ‘we’re going to fight until the end no matter what happens’. That was the only positive thing. We’re not normally like that, so it’s a big regret.

It's true though. Normally we get thumped by the bigger clubs, so to get thumped by Stoke was a shock.
