Think Laca is very likely moving in Jan. Arsenal don't want to offer him a new contract unless its a one year so he has the ability to talk to other clubs. Barca and Atletico still interested so I don't see why we would want to stay for a pointless 6 months.

Do you really think Sterling wouldn't make a difference to our team.

We have zero world class players in the squad. Sterling is a few levels up on any player we have and would have a huge impact on our team going forward

I think Sterling is better than what we have but if we're gonna go for a big name player at their peak I think there's players in different positions and of different profiles that could have a bigger impact

I'm not even sure he is a few levels up on Saka tbh. We have some badly misfiring strikers in Auba and Laca but I don't think Sterling is a great replacement for either and given the wages he'd require I can't get excited about the prospect of him coming.

Very likely I'm entirely wrong but as I said I seem him as a player who'd get lost in the mediocrity of Arteta's poor attack rather than a guy who can make things happen despite it

Nowhere near. He is massively reliant on others. For us, the way we are playing now, he would get 10 touches a game.
