Tu, Its a simple point. You need to get the formation right to get most out of your players. Then if you know the strengths of them you can get the most out of them. Martinelli maybe completely useless the next game if we setup deep and then you can be proud to say Martinelli isn't really that good like I said last season. Though I am not sure how you would take back your claim that he has had miraculous development while not playing!
