City to beat Bournemouth 9-0?

Limped over the line, creating very little. Another painfully tedious match to watch in a season of so many. This club needs big business in the summer to revitalize this very stale team.

Sheriff and castor thinking about jumping of the bridge together after we not only secured cl spots against their wishes, but get 2nd again. Stay strong lads, brighter days ahead!

You don't care that we've been so sheite for the last couple of months that we got dragged into a top 5 battle in a 2-horse title race? Is that some earnest opinion or just "Sheriff said x, so I have to be a good little contrarian to be in the good graces of the Arsenal board clique"?

The fact we finished second, got to the CL semi and League Cup semi all with an injury hit squad should give everyone hope the right 3 first XI signings pushes us on to the next level.
Stale or running on empty? I think the latter.

That's a lot of players that may be leaving the club in the summer.
Tierney
Zinny
Jorghino
Partey (potentially)
Tavares
Vieira
Lokonga
Sterling
Neto
Nelson

Lokonga, sterling and Neto
Could've actually used nelson this season, but he's also an injury prone fack
posted 2 weeks, 4 days ago
A fit Nelson is better than Sterling, don't think anyone doubts that. Shame he got that injury, was looking decent and would have probably earnt a move.

Is this any different from what I've said on here for a long time? I've always said a couple of signings (in attack in particular) would give this team a massive lift. It is stale not just because of teh results, but a number of our top performers from previous seasons have had mediocre to bad seasons. We need a new CF (Havertz can stay as utility man and Jesus should fack off). Martinelli (and/or Trossard) should no longer be starting for us. Odegaard needs competition or an 8 whose creativity and link-up play can complement him. No one is asking for wholesale changes to the team. The backline and the likes of Rice and Partey are probably fatigued and the levels have dropped, but that is not the issue with our stale attack.

It is very different to what you've said - that we are useless and are going to lose every game
posted 2 weeks, 4 days ago
Many on here forget our attack has had a lot of criticism since before the new year. The most painfully insipid football we've played this season was the couple of weeks Odegaard missed late 2024 when our forward line was all fit, but we didn't look capable of creating anything other than trying to spam goals from set-pieces.
