What are Arsenal fans thoughts on Gyokeres so far? I've been saying for the longest time how much I wanted Chelsea to sign him. So obviously I think he'll do very well in the PL.

Watching today's game there was little chemistry with his teammates although that can obviously develop and he's literally just arrived in fairness.

Whelmed. He had a couple of good moments and a couple of moments where he should have done better, but given the circumstances I don't entirely blame him for frustration affecting his game today

I still fancy him to be one of the top scorers in the league by the end of the season tbh. Once he adjusts to the PL he'll just keep scoring goals.

I think so too, so long as Arteta doesnt revert to Havertz.

He probably learnt a lot today, I feel like him and Saka were getting fouled a lot but as soon as they gave it back the ref would blow. It's a fine line to tread but once he's used to it he'll do well.

Exactly. At least with Martinelli, you have a winger that is very good at defending

Yeah they finished 15th last season but I remember them beating Man City and drawing at Anfield. I'm also pretty sure you said we wouldn't win today. Yes performance wasn't good and we rode our luck at times and there's room for improvement but we won away from home and start the season off with 3 points. I'm sure our attack will be on it in the next game.

Liverpool fans so obviously gonna be upset

Imagine If we play absolutely sh111t against Man City in April at the Etihad but beat them 1-0 and go 10 points clear. Peebs would still find something to moan about.
