Martin Zubimendi recovered from a serious sickness bug last week to play versus Man Utd. Midfielder missed two days of training in the build up but was desperate to play at Old Trafford.
Play Martinelli up front and put a traffic cone on the left wing, I don't give a fack

There is too much sentimentalism. Frankly, we need to move on from Martinelli now while he is worth something. Al-Nassr offered €85m. We needed to bite their hands off and reinvested.
City were willing to sell Savinho who has had far fewer chances to get Rodrygo. It is only when Spurs weren't willing to go high as City needed to avoid PSR that they decided to keep him.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Where do you get all these from? No one has made such an offer for Martinelli. We'd have sold him in like 3 seconds.

I don't believe a site called "besoccer". The Spanish rag you linked claimed The Athletic as a source for its claims, but I've seen nowhere any source at the Athletic made such claims.
SJB calling out J99s "insider info"
Athletic wrote the story and then deleted it after Arsenal said he was unavailable.
I doubt we'll make any striker signing. And rightly so, imo. We already have 2 expensive, high wage forwards in the treatment room and we have to balance the books. All this should mean is we have to keep Trossard and Martinelli (who can both play CF if needed, even if of mediocre quality) and we could probably still go for another wide player/attacking mid with Rodrigo and Eze being the standout links. We're not signing another striker after signing Gyokeres. All that has changed is instead of getting rid of Martinelli or Trossard after another attacking signing, we now most likely have to keep both.
