1970 Ipswich Town 1 Liverpool 0
I was a Chelsea fan, buy my dad bought season tickets for Ipswich Town as in those days he had a stigma about driving up to London from Chelmsford and felt it was easier to drive to Ipswich instead...

Can't remember who they were playing, but it would have been Wokingham Town, at home, in about 82-83.
Newton Heath 2 Fleetwood 2
I was about 12 at the time

I'd been to plenty of Torquay games, (I'm not from Liverpool) but my first trip to Anfield was aged 11 to see Liverpool vs Birmingham City.
I was gutted, because Michael Owen, my hero at the time, wasn't playing due to injury (shocker) so Pongolle and Diouf started up front.
Forsell scored first for them, before Gerrard scored a peno, and Kewell got one, then Heskey scored a bicycle kick in the second half.
It was also the day I fell in love. It was the first time I saw that majestic Croatian martial a midfield in the flesh.

Much point posting on the United board??
Arsenal 2-0 Wigan Carling Cup QF 2010
We dominated, Vela missed a sitter. Van Persie was just back from injury are looked a class apart from the rest. Wigan scored an own goal just before half time and Bendtner bundled one in in the second half.
Freezing, snowing and there were two separate pitch invaders. Not a bad start.
My first match was Millwall V Portsmouth at the Old Den in the early ‘90s and it finished 2-2 if I recall. It was a Primary School trip

My dad used to take me to see Chelsea whenever they came to Villa, City or WBA.
I can't remember if it was the first one he took me to but my first memory of seeing my beloved was at Villa Park in 67.
We won 2-6 and Bobby Tambling scored Five!
The first time my parents allowed me to travel to London, to Stamford Bridge on my own was as a 15 year old in Nov 74.
It was v Luton, we won 2-0 in front of a 19,000 crowd!
First match was Arsenal Coventry at highbury '97, last one was arsenal Everton '03

Hello brummie, I'd love to see a photo of what you were wearing in 1974 ,hope you're well mate
Man Utd v Luton Town
I remember Steve Bruce scoring after a couple of minutes, that was that season he scored 20+ goals from CB. We won 4-1. I think it was March 1991, a few days after we won 2-0 away to Montpellier in the ECWC.
Watch out Brummie.......
Hounslow is doing some grooming
First ever game was at London Rd, peterborough.it was either POSH V. Leeds in 1974, FA cup match (Bremner, Lorimer etc and a smashed up ground)24,000 crowd. OR.. earlier than that I think (memory not what it used to be)early 70's, League Cup/Milk cup V. Fulham (G Best scored a stunner, chest, left knee right foot volley top corner.)
First Chelsea game was 79 or 80 V. Leicester City. Another midweek cup game, 4-4 at full time, extra time and then Eddie N saves us in the Penalty shoot out.
Leicester Fans played their part in a fantastic atmosphere and I am Chelsea ever since.
Oi biggish I'm no graham rix
I bet brummie went home with a silk scarf tied around his wrist.
Better dressed than I was in 67 hf
It was probably a donkey jacket anyway
