I'd go along with that Hydy
"Doing ok, Nowt special"
Eggy's a good fan from the club perspective..More importantly Bob, you sound happy enough & that's good, Is it safe to assume Myth & Mirf ..MB too , all think along the same lines.
and what you say about club 'size' & finances is all valid too...
Me though, nah.. (& not because it's just TOWN)
As much as I want us to win, & call myself a 'fan'..
I'm not (wouldn't) paying the asking price for the product/experience on offer anymore.
And in my opinion there is a 'divide' at HTFC these days between the 'club' & the fans...
Oil can't please everybody , all the time... I just happen to be one of those not happy at all at the moment...
Who's doing the Leeds thread?
PS, if you haven't seen Kasami's goal for Fulham yet, check this sh-t out.....

Breaking news from the club.
There's 16 thousand tickets handed back today as nobody can get a baby sitter on Saturday .
EggNogBob…
“Better - much better than last year. Games more enjoyable to watch…”
If that’s how you see it, I reckon you could save yourself a lot of money. No need to pay to watch games, just invest in a goldfish and a bowl. You will need some food, and of course water, which is fairly inexpensive, and readily available via the common-or-garden tap. The total outlay should be no more than £15.00, which is £10.00 cheaper than the lowest-priced Adult’s ticket for the Town v Leeds game.
Then, in the comfort of your own home, all you have to do is sit and watch the fish swim around the bowl… but don’t stay there too long, as I wouldn’t want you to you to get over-excited, and blow a fuse.

You really enjoy being the site pr-ck don't you mate
I'm delighted that you're obviously wealthy enough to do all the things you enjoy. Some of us have to scrimp & save each month to simply pay the mortgage. Some of us also understand that family is the most important thing, and 11 men chasing a lump a leather around a field pales in insignificance to what you truly hold dear.
Of course I wouldn't expect you to understand that. Because you're a first class c-nt
Yeah...
What a 'Classic' from the Diluted Capt Dublin
a bloke puts up his comments & gives his opinion, & the vindictive Old stoat picks a line..like he always does, And ridicules.
No mention from you 'Dubs'....for, or against Robins ?
'Gotten' yourself all smug with your dig there did you
Yeah but tell him Champers...
It's great fun darn at the Shay
Gonna try get darn t'shay in the coming months if I can get out for a night match. It's been a while, certainly not since my nipper was born 2 years ago
I'm glad someone else doesn't like the musings of bitter, twisted Uncle Diluviyawwwwwwn. He'd certainly benefit from getting his 'ole a bit more often if you ask me. I see that username and I get the same feeling I used to get when Harry Secombe appeared on the telly, complete with sh-t eating grin

Try asking tez if he'll let you live in his bedsit . IIt'll be cheap and hay he might even do a spot of babysitting for you.
Hey Lou.
pick us up Sat'dy FFS..
seems there's a Gold Fish Sale on apparently..
Give it a rest Loui. You're boring.
Morning chaps
Darn, when's the Leeds thread going up?
yeah, come on Darn.....we're itching for them Leeds fans to tell us all about the 4-0....
Have we sold out yet, ? it's all ticket for you punters who didn't know and thought you could just stroll down and get in...(like I did)
I'm int riverside upper near the away end
Just been reading the Leeds pages (I'm off work, as it's half term over here) and there's one lad trying to get tickets.
He's tried ringing the ticket office, going online, but they're not budging. Good on em, he's based in Oldham too.
Should we have given them a 1/4 of the riverside too?
It's Tuesday .......FFS
So Friday dinner time is a bit late then
Look.
Tomorra aft your time O R8..
you do realize though... By Thursday afternoon it will be way way darn the list on the L666s board,
anyway, If that's what you want so be it ....
Flippin 'Eckers like, I'll be busy this week ?
I have a FA Cup 1st round thread to do an'all ...You're ALL welcome to fire a few 'forks' into that too if you like
Go on then Jacko !
Knock us all out a thread just for today to tied us over
Should we have given them a 1/4 of the riverside too?
Yes. We should give them a bigger allocation but make them pay top whack like Bates used to do to us. I think £40 no concessions would be fair enough considering. Any caught in the home ends should be given lifetime banning orders too.
The WHOLE KiIner bank I'd say... (& they'd fill it)
And they could have been locked in at the end, And all the Town fans let out 1st..
More brass for the club,
better atmosphere,
Less chance for bother.
And a full house too...
All good...
Fork I'm wasted
I've bitten on your thread darn, on the Leeds page!
Soz, but I think I'm due on.
PMSL at some of the stuff written on this thread, who knew getting a babysitter in Fax was so hard
As for Robins he's doing alright and I've only missed Blackburn and Leicester in the League and Hull in the cup when we played the reserves.
On the whole we are trying to play football, when we get movement from the midfield we look good, the problem being in some games they haven't moved enough.
Goalies- only smithies to comment on but Watford game apart he hasn't let us down
Defence- a lot more solid than last season although I think most will agree that Gerrard and Clarke give everyone nightmares when they play together...we do need a new centre back.
Midfield- very hit and miss. Not a single player has been consistent this season. Clayton is now playing in the middle so needs to show the ability he has, Norwood seems to have had his usual 4weeks of form followed by a dip. Hogg has been ok but nothing spectacular but then again that's not his job.
Scannell fails to produce 90mins week in week out but has got ability the same for Hammill.
Holmes, we all know this kid has talent but too much too soon could see the others dragging him down to the midfields level.
Up front.....Vaughan apart disappointing. Paterson started off ok and worked well with Vaughan but failed to score and was dropped in favour of Stead who has been nothing short of poor in 90% of the games he's played
Having said all that the only games I've been disappointed with by the result is Barnsley away when we were shocking for the majority and Watford at home but only because we gifted then 2 goals
PMSL at some of the stuff written on this thread, who knew getting a babysitter in Fax was so hard
It's not only that....I work away Mon-Fri every single week. To then come home and lumber the poor little mite on someone else just so I can go and do my own thing would be a little disappointing. Huddersfield Town will always be there, but my kids early years won't.
Additionally, weighing up the financial aspect of the two choices, it isn't really that hard a decision.
Roll on 2-3 years when I can kill two birds with one stone!!
Not even sure why I'm biting. I don't need to justify myself to anybody
Perhaps I've synchronised my period with Hydy
