As mentioned earlier 2 wins from 11 s not good enough. Name me how many quality players we have in that side?

Play like that, Salonika, and we won't win them either.

Joke or what? You been watching channel 4 racing?
Salonika spot on, knee jerk management benefits no clubs.
All managers need time in this competitive league.
Jonty
I have no doubt you'll bring that up every week from now on. Manna from heaven for that eh..?
It is obvious he is thinking about the next game, taking each game at a time. He did say "of course we can reach the playoffs" as well, but as usual you don't report that .
League leader
I'm not talking about knee jerk. How many more ba results before you change your mind. I'm still on the fence but rapidly rethinking.
Salonika
It's quite simple, by any yardstick.
If you don't score, you can't win.
Not too complex a theory now is it?
We've gone three games without scoring, so haven't won three games. QED!!!
Salonika...
I'm mostly blowing hot air cos of how hacked off I am with a 5th consecutive defeat.
Sorry, I just needed to vent.
Change will do nothing now but unsettle the squad lead to more faces coming and going and results inconsistency, he is a good manager, a clever guy and will get it right in time.
Like I said Leicester were calling for Pearson's head last season finished 9th, yet now different tale, he went there in 2011.
That performance was spot on, strikers missing good chances which is what happens when confidence is low. He set Leeds up right for this game and more of that we start to turn the corner.
Knee jerk reaction. We've been poor all season. We can't and haven't dominated games.
The squad is no better even with McDermott's additions.
Let's give him three seasons to do more of the same then shall we?
There won't be any significant funding from this regime or the next. On that basis we can look forward to more of the same in terms of players. He might just reassemble his Reading team in that time to make him feel a bit better. A home from home.
Look at Leicester last season Pearson was on the verge of being sacked they gave him time to build. Need to build this team its a mess been a mess for 2 years since bates sold off all our top players with no replacements
.
Easy for you to say. You've won 6 games in a row.
We crash to defeat after defeat while our board of directors think it's perfectly acceptable to think improving our squad means sweeping up everyone else's table scraps.
Can you really blame us for being pi55ed off?
First time we have had 2 wingers since Gradel and Snodgrass at the club.
We all saw the match - My dear lord we certainly stole those 3 points - Other than the result Leeds have had a fantastic day - There won't be many performances like that where you don't come away with the points
Do you remember that thread where the author compares Leeds managers first full seasons in charge?
BM was level on points with Warnock but Warnock played 2 more matches and feeling was BM wouldn't lose the 2 matches in hand....well we're now behind where we were at this stage last season in terms of points.
Leeds were unlucky to lose but when McCormack's header hit the post I said to my mate this'll be our day. Another championship winning performance, we are the best team in the league by quite a long way in my opinion.
The example of Nigel Pearson is a stark warning to those who change managers without giving someone a chance - I mean how long has BM had?
If you look at us, we were known as the revolving door of football, how many managers did we go through before brining Pearson back? I was one of the Leicester fans calling for Pearsons head last season when we were top of the table in Jan and blew it to narrowly scrape into the play offs. I was completely wrong.
What clubs need at championship level is stability. BM has proved his credentials with Reading. Last season we went on a winless run that went on for about 10 games, it was awful. We gave Nigel the chance to build his squad and he has repaid the faith shown in him.
If you keep BM, he will get you up next season, he knows how to do that.
Sorry I missed the thread today lads, but thanks for keeping it going (bloody night shifts)
I woke up long enough to see the performance and after the last few games I wondered who I was watching Good Passionate effort, and I think the peoplewho are calling this right are the Fox fans pity about the missed chances but overall we were world's better.
Thanks for joining in Lads MOT
leeds put in a shift today and played for the shirt. You did not allow us time on the ball.I was waiting for us to start playing....... And waiting....... Unlucky lads.
All the players there today, were there last week. The formation was there to be used last week too.
We proved today that we can compete.
We always expected a big response from Leeds after their thumping last week and they delivered. Did we deserve 3 points? Possibly not, 1 point yes so to come away with a win im thrilled and really starting to dare believe this could be our season! Cmon!!!!
Sad fact is, some Leicester JA606ers thought we would come out fighting......!!
.............whilst our finest didn't...!!
That's because those who actually attend games knew the score.
Why don't you try a live game for once instead of coming out with the same old tiresome drivel.
A date for you to avoid Moggy
The World Conker Championships take place at Ashton, near Peterborough, every October. They began in 1965.
And an interesting fact, just for you, don't let anyone else know, it'll be our secret - The first recorded game of conkers using horse chestnuts was held in 1848.
Yeah you fell for that one didn't you?
Just goes to show how dumb you really are.
Based on that performance, we'll beat Ipswich and start climbing up the greasy pole again .. I wouldn't rule out the playoffs yet
Hats off to the Leicester fans who came on this thread, much sense spoken .
