Hippo your on the ball my son.
Seeing a chiropractor atm for my pevlic tilt/curved lower back. Done kickboxing for years also so tight hip flexors but strong, this probably forced my abs to weaken?
When I do leg raises my legs/quads get very tight. Why cant exercising be simple.

don't see how my glutes can be that weak. I am around 11 stone and squat about 80 kg good form sets of 10 x 3.
And play footy 2ce a week.

its not bodybuilding and its not just a football forum. And I got knowledgeable replies. You sound like a right clown. Got nothing better to do?

Hey Hippo, Going ok, just finding time to do all stretches, exercises and wedges. But went to chiropractor for reassessment and with the adjustments and exercises all my muscles have lost tension in my back and the ones that weren't being activated before are now being worked. so its even across my back a lot more.
I cant see the pics of the link with the foam roller though on that thread sadly. THanks for asking. How you doing?

Did you have a similar thing? What happened to your shoulders

Lol mate it's tough. Can't just go lift weights or run anymore, have to stretch, make sure ur bodies in the correct posture, watch ur back, neck...etc.
The human body is a pain in the ass really. No other animal has to stretch before running as far as I know lol.

U might need to loosen them muscles around ya shoulder. I've even started doing incline bench bicep curls as to not activate my shoulders when doing curls.
How do u work ur abs and glutes now there stronger? I was struggling to put both my feet out straight without my lower back arching a few weeks back. But I Wna start squatting again in the future etc
