@TonyBarretTimes: Liverpool have lined up a move for Victor Valdes but are prepared to wait until the autumn in order for the free agent to prove his fitness.
Looks like we are getting a big name challenger for Mignolet. Not a big fan of Valdes personally, especially in the Prem under the high ball, but he is vastly experienced at the top level and very good with his feet.
I have never rated Valdes that highly but would be good backup to keep Mignolet on his toes.

And he will only be going to city if they can get a buyer for negredo!
If we are planning to keep playing two up top, three top strikers wouldn't hurt!

How many players have Chelsea sent on loan this year? They must have broken there own record..
There is no way Chelsea would let us have him now. They would not even sell him to us me thinks.
Cech would be great but Chelsea wouldn't sell us Bertrand (thanks for that guys) so I can't see them giving us a good keeper!
