He just oozes class in everything he does. To be honest, it still hasn’t quite sunk in seeing him in a Liverpool shirt. It is some coup by us to snatch him from Bayern. He is one special player.

Great win, winning away at Chelsea is never an easy thing. He most impressive thing for me was we were very professional.
Normally those kind of performances don’t start to kick in for us until a couple months into the season.
Think we broke Chelsea today.
First they adapted their game plan to try and contain us.
Werner must have thought he’d have a field day with an attacking full back and makeshift centre half on his side.. nope
90m signing Havertz sacrificed and within 12 minutes they’re 2 goals down.
When they get given an opportunity to get on the scoresheet their penalty maestro with 100% record has his attempt saved.
Fat frank almost in tears watching Liverpool spray the ball around at his home patch.

He tried to play deep with no space between the lines.
We will be so much stronger with Thiago in the middle and Jota as backup for the front three.
Oh there was. When you have Jorginho, Kovacic, Havertz and Werner, but your game plan is extreme pragmatism.. it’s shocking.
