No we always carried big attendances with our club. in fact that was all we was known for 10 years ago. Your club getting 8k for a Prem games shows the complete opposite.

Its quite simple really, you started following Chelsea 5 months before Abramovich took over the club during a season in which you qualified for the CL. That is why i asked the question. Are you from Africa or Malaysia?

8 years, 7 months and 14 days in my book is Febuary 2003, before Roman took over and before we qualified for the CL, infact it was that month our season was crumbling we lost 2-1 to Newcastle and fell 5th.

Sad thing is i knew some-one would make this "smart" comment the second i saw this thread, i thought it would have been a United fan or a Scouser, didnt expect it from a city fan tho.

Tommy is saying that if he was a glory hunter he would have gone for United or Arsenal but he chose a Chelsea and then Roman came and the rest as we say is history. Surely a City fan would be least likely to use that insult as they would be sick of the phrase being used against fans of their own club.

My point was that he chose to support Chelsea exactly 5 months before Roman took over your club. He is clearly foreign meaning he chose the reason to support Chelsea himself. Im sorry but nobody who picks who they support chooses the club and suddenly loves them.
