Greatteamswinit4times I'm dogmatic

I see you are lagging behind me in the world cup prediction league, I thought you always predicted the opposite to what I did, ensuring according to you that you could not lose.

he is a good player playing in a very attacking team alongside a world class striker, what do you expect him to not be scoring much? have a think about it mate, you are coming across as a bit dim.

furthermore, yes adebayor has more ability, my proof of this was picking out a couple of goals that spung to mind the adebayor has scored, which demonstrated what i can do, and i said that i was yet to see sturridge score goals of that calibre. therefore to me, adebayor has shown more ability.
--------------
Do you only read your own posts in threads? Sturridge has mirrored his goal record with Liverpool for England (5 goals in his last 10, 3 goals in his last 5), has a better goal record without Suarez, was scoring for us when he was consistently starting (from the wing), was scoring for Bolton. The 'Suarez carries him' myth is so lazy.

And I posted 3 goals from Sturridge exactly the same as that Adebayor one against Chelsea.

Speaking of costa what do you make of him analog?

I think chelsea are paying far far too much for him. He is a fantastic fit for atletico but not sure about chelsea. His technqiue is poor and he needs far too much time om the ball.

If anyones interested nabil bentaleb is playing for algeria right now on itv. Tim sherwood no doubt very proud of his son

Costa is a good ST but his limitations are clear. Interested to see how he does here. Given space he'll thrive with fabregas picking him out

Cavani and Falcao don't have better technique than Sturridge, especially the former, don't go on reputation

His ball over the top for Suarez was class.. haven't seen Sturridge do that, he's better playing at pace.. shooting technique maybe but I'd still go with Cavani as he has the strength to use it better.

I'd definitely take him at Spurs but don't tell me he's better than Cavani, he's nowhere near.

Cavani is limited technically. Top striker, but his touch, passing, dribbling, etc. isn't great

Fair enough. Better than Sturridge though imo

Cavani isn't all that

Cavani has been poor so far... That ball for Suarez was more about how Suarez pulled away into the space, think any pro footballer could have put that cross in tbh

Cavani is all that and more

No chance H, his dummy pass opened up the space avb's he hit a perfectly timed ball to Suarez. World Class Rooney only just managed a decent cross
