All the decent media outlets arein agreement that United are looking to bring in two more signings (CB and CM). Don't think Di Maria story has any truth to it. Ed and the club have been very quiet this summer, they're barely leaking anything to the journos.

All this makes me think Van Gaal might really go with three at the back - with Valencia as first-choice RWB, maybe. Would also be able to get Mata, Rooney and Van Persie in this system quite easily.

Really don't want to see us play with wingbacks. We've got a serious lack of pace up top so it won't work. Only works with Holland because of Robben's scary pace.
