I remember being ever so partial taddys nutbrown or luncheon ale back in the day they were considered kids ales,or fallin down watter,if ya mam n dad had a bob or 2 you'd progress onto Hoffmeister lager, used to end up like a bear with a sore bottom the next day after a skinfull ,full a gas.
