How is it his fault he can't show anything? If he doesn't play he can't show it.

You have training, he has played some games for Liverpool with little/no real return
I am also sure that Rodgers would have people watching/watched tapes of all his plaayers who were out on loan and can see he showed it at Sunderland, if he hasn't watched his tapes....what does that tell you about his thoughts on Borini?

That he isn't as good as Sturridge, Balotelli and Lambert. Still worth 14 million though and would walk into Evertons team

You say that, yet Martinez shows no interest in him......or any other top side.
Makes you wonder what the managers of these sides see that you guys dont?

Both Naismith and Borini have about the same strike rate, about 1 in 4. Borini is only starting out though and nearly half of his appearances were off the bench. Plus he played in better leagues than the Scottish Premier League and even then Naismith's strike rate wasn't any good.
Borini is already a better player, even though he's just starting out. He scored goals for Roma where he played, he scored for Swansea where he played and he scored goals for Sunderland when he played.
He only started ten games for us. Some of them as a lone striker in weakened teams, some out wide. Scored two goals. I've no doubt if he had a run of games, he'd start scoring goals. It's very obvious that he has a natural ability to score goals, it always has been since his Chelsea youth days.
