I've had to fix this problem many times here. I have given up.

Now, if someone asks me to fix it, I pick up their monitor and spin it round. Job done.

The problem is, I would have to fix his computer.

I told one guy who was saying he needed more space on his computer to un-install the software he didn't use.

He removed Outlook. Then, came and asked me why his emails weren't working (he works for an online company, so emails are pretty important)

Can I be so narcissistic and assume that this Thread is aimed at me?
